Shankara Bulgaria Ltd. was found in 2007 in Bulgaria and is part of Sri Sri Tattva Europe based in Holland. The company focus from the beginning was import, production and distribution of healthy and organic products and products connected to Ayurveda.
Large portion of the profit of our company goes to support the service projects of the International Art of Living Foundation including river rejuvenation, free schooling for over 50,000 children in rural areas every year and others.

Our brand QUIN BITE stands for happiness and delight. Our inspiration lies in popular favorite desserts which we decided to make with simple raw ingredients and let the people enjoy them a healthy guilt-free way.
Konstantin Dragov and Sana Alsbey are the people who created the brand QUIN BITE – the delicious raw bar! including recipes and design of packaging. They are both yoga practitioners and vegetarians, passionate for healthy food and living.
Our team consists of young and talented professionals devoted to creating innovative and high quality organic products.
Konstantin is the CEO of Shankara Bulgaria ltd since December 2013. He is a civil engineer by profession, devoted yoga and meditation teacher. Since he joined Shankara, the company has grown into importing and distribution Ayurvedic and other healthy products in Bulgaria and entire Europe. His positive mind and big heart is making the mission possible to offer healthy organic dessert for everyone.
Sana is journalist, vlogger and social media specialist as well as a “desserts lover” driven by a dedication to prepare raw desserts. She joined Shankara in January 2015 and was the driving force that lead to the creating of the new QUIN BITE raw bar. Her commitment is to make QUIN BITE a popular global brand and offer the world products that are both very healthy and very delicious.
Ves was born and raised in Sofia. He graduated with honors with a master’s degree in Business Administration in Berlin and Amsterdam. His first job was at the commercial direction of the publishing house Burda in Moscow. Afterwards he worked in Zurich before returning to Berlin. He loves travelling, yoga, meditation and is responsible for international markets at QUIN BITE.
Radi is part of our team since 2019. Her main mission in Shankara Bulgaria is to always provide a legal, safe and quality product to our clients. She achieves those goals by strictly following the requirements created in the system for quality control and by being deeply involved with keeping the system up to date.
